4th Vlog "Coping with Depression"
So here is the fourth installment in my Self Help Vlog series. I actually had this requested by a dear friend (Anne this is for you). I have long history of depression and these are the techniques I have and still use to cope with and ultimately overcome depression. I hope the people listening find this helpful.

Thanks, Deb!!! I hope your friend Ann is helped by your knowledge. I know this helped me. I myself have a hard time getting motivated, DOING things. Other than playing on the computer. I've got that down pat - LOL. But from now on when I feel like a "slug" I'll try to think about what you said. :) :) I need to be like the Nike commercial urges: Just Do It! LOL...
